Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee all administrative operations within our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, managing everything from housekeeping to office supplies, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Manage all aspects of administration tasks which includes office housekeeping to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Oversee the purchase and inventory of office stationery and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and readily available.
- Coordinate and manage office maintenance, including repairs and servicing of equipment and facilities.
- Handle vendor relationships for office services, such as cleaning, catering, and security.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
- Organize and manage office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, including expenses related to supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and office equipment.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to handle vendor relations and negotiate contracts.
- Basic financial skills for budget management and expense tracking.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing office operations effectively.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
