We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager to join our dynamic B2B Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the strategic financial growth of the organization. This role requires a blend of strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and an understanding of the agency Services.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
- Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits.
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aimed at improving profitability and reducing operational costs.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the finance team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory filings, and other compliance requirements.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
