Business Development Intern

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate and sell to customers
  2. Reach out to existing and prospective customers to generate new sales leads and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  3. Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to address prospect needs, answer product-related questions, and provide accurate information
  4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the retail industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis
  6. Utilize sales techniques such as consultative selling, active listening, and persuasive communication to influence customers and close sales
  7. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate them to customers and maximize sales opportunities
