Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ODN Digital Service Private Limited, we offer specialized and bespoke digital services tailored to the specific needs of each client. As such, the terms and conditions relating to cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and scope changes are governed by individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work entered into with each client.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to provide general transparency to website visitors and prospective clients. For any engagement, the signed contract shall always prevail in case of conflict.

1. Custom Nature of Services

ODN Digital Service Private Limited delivers strategy, design, branding, marketing, and technology services that are highly customized and resource-intensive. Once an engagement has commenced, significant time, expertise, and effort are invested in the project. Accordingly:

 All payments made are considered non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.

 Any cancellation, postponement, or modification of services is subject to prior written approval and may incur additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Commencement If a cancellation request is received before the project has commenced (i.e., before the kick-off meeting or actual initiation of any work), we may cancel the engagement without any further liability, provided no resources have been blocked or billed.

2.2 After Commencement If work has already commenced, any cancellation will be subject to the terms of the signed agreement. In most cases:

 You will be liable to pay for all work completed up to the effective date of cancellation.

 Any advance payments will be adjusted against the work done.

 In cases where a retainer or milestone model applies, the next milestone may still be billable if resources have already been scheduled.

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Position As a rule, ODN Digital Service Private Limited does not offer refunds for any payments made once work has started or a contract has been executed. This includes:

 Retainer or consulting fees

 Creative or strategic deliverables

 Development or technology-related services

 Paid ad spends or marketing campaigns initiated on your behalf

3.2 Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as:

 Duplicate payment made by error

 Services not delivered due to cancellation by ODN Digital Service Private Limited before initiation;

 Refund obligations clearly stated in the written contract.

 

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days via the original method of payment.

 

4. Project Pauses & Delays

Should a client wish to pause a project mid-way or fail to respond to communication for more than [e.g., 10 business days], ODN Digital Service Private Limited reserves the right to:

 Reschedule the project as per availability;

 Charge a re-engagement or reactivation fee;

 Treat the inactivity as a constructive cancellation, subject to the cancellation terms.

 

5. Governing Agreement

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is illustrative and informational in nature. All services rendered by ODN Digital Service Private Limited are governed by:

 A signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW);

 Corresponding payment and deliverable schedules;

 Any additional written amendments or addenda mutually agreed upon.

In case of any inconsistency between this policy and your agreement with ODN

Digital Service Private Limited, the signed agreement shall control.
